Shipping Policy
Shipping Time: Most orders ship within 3 to 5 business days via UPS.
No PO Boxes: Please provide a physical address, as UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes.
Tracking & Insurance: All orders include tracking and are fully insured. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
Return Policy
Made-to-Order Items: These items are custom-made per your order and are non-refundable. Please review your order carefully before checkout.
Stock Items: Stock (non-custom) items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Returned items must be in original, unused condition.
Damaged Orders
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately.
We require clear photos of the damage and packaging to file a claim with the shipping carrier.
Once received, we will quickly send a replacement at no cost to you.
